StreetMac was founded to bring new products to commercial real estate finance.  We offer the full range of bank, agency (fnma, fhlmc, FHA), life company and conduit finance.

StreetMac leverages its relationships with the key individuals of major national and foreign lenders and the largest agency lenders in the nation.  In addition, StreetMac has excellent access to local market lenders. In its advisory role, StreetMac utilizes relationships with CMBS special servicers and major commercial and investment banks. Our principals have provided more than $4 billion of financing to date.

Advisory and Asset Management:

StreetMac acts as an Advisor to major national entities for the acquistion of Notes and Real Estate from the CMBS and Investment Banking marketplace.  In it's advisory role, StreetMac is involved in a combination of services, including locating product, advising on the capital structure, due diligence, arranging property management, sourcing acquisition financing and locating equity.

 

StreetMac has entered into a Strategic Alliance with Urban Retail Properties, LLC (www.urbanretail.com), a nationwide manager of shopping centers, predominantly malls. StreetMac's role in the alliance is to secure management and leasing assignments for retail centers and to arrange capital, equity and debt to acquire such centers. In this regard,StreetMac is focussed on assisting lenders and special servicers with respect to defaulted loans and REO assets. To date StreetMac has secured more than 4 million square feet of new property management and leasing contracts. On assets to be acquired, StreetMac's principals sponsor the acquisitions and StreetMac acts as asset manager in association with Urban as property manager and leasing agent.
