Permanent Loans
Permanent financing includes a range or interest rate types and terms.

 

Common fixed rate financing consists of loans with 7 or 10 year terms and 80% LTV.  Rates are typically fixed at a spread over treasuries.  Amortizations run as long as 30 years and IO periods are available.  Prepayments are defeasance, yield maintenance or declining scale.  StreetMac™ has relationships with the premier capital

sources for these loan types including conduits, banks and life companies.
