Rick M. Lynn, Senior Vice President

 

 

Over the past 20 years, Mr. Lynn has been responsible for originating, underwriting and structuring more than $1 billion of first and second mortgages from $1 million to over $100 million on commercial real estate transactions with direct lenders, correspondent life insurance companies, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and Hud. Mr. Lynn’s experience and expertise allow us to successfully negotiate financing nationwide on a wide scope of property types including CBD and suburban office, retail, residential, industrial, hotels, nursing homes, self storage, mobile home parks, and developable land.

Mr. Lynn’s current and prior experience includes his role as president of RMLCapital, and Senior Loan officer positions with Capmark, GMAC Commercial, Bank One and Travelers Life Insurance Company.

Rick received a Diploma Program Real Estate, graduated with Honors from New York University a Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Concentration in Financial Management, graduating first in class from the University of Miami and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial and Operational Engineering from the University of Michigan.
